Bass Pro Shop's Tracker ATV side x side units are built by Textron, the company who owns EZGO and Cushman. The side x side units are re-branded units that are built in Textron's EZGO and Cushman factory in Georgia. The Tracker ATV (quad) units were built by another Textron owned company, Arctic Cat, in their plant in Thief River Falls, MN. In late 2024, Textron suspended production of Arctic Cat products, citing "softness in consumer end-market demand" and a need to reduce costs as reasons for the production pause. In April of 2025 Textron sold Arctic Cat to an investor group that also owns Argo, and is headed up by former Arctic Cat executive Brad Daring. Industry sources say that Arctic Cat and Argo will be operated as separate companies under the leadership of Darling. It will take some time to see how Bass Pro Shops respond to the pause in production of the Arctic Cat products. Bass Pro seems to be leaning into sales of side by side machines produced by Textron companies, EZGO and Cushman. These companies are very healthy and parts for those vehicles are available. Apparently, the Tracker vehicles are delivered with parts books that contain all of the OEM EZGO and Cushman part numbers. Parts are available right here on EzGolfCart.com. Just search the part numbers from the Tracker parts manuals.
